Pricing FAQ
What happens after the trial?+
Your workspace keeps read-only access to existing data unless you pick a paid plan. Upgrade anytime — billing is handled securely in Stripe with proration where applicable.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Use the Stripe Customer Portal from the app to change tier or billing interval. Enterprise changes may need a short alignment call if contract terms apply.
What is the activation fee for?+
Growth and Enterprise activation covers structured onboarding: workspace configuration, catalog alignment, and compliance workflow review so your team starts with the right guardrails.
Is there a long-term contract?+
Subscriptions are monthly or annual as selected. Annual plans bill upfront with roughly a 20% discount versus twelve monthly invoices. Enterprise engagements may add an order form for specific terms.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal; access remains through the end of the paid period. Historical exports stay valid as snapshots while live verification requires an active subscription.
How does VAT work?+
Quotes show net subscription amounts. Stripe Tax calculates VAT or other indirect taxes from your billing address and tax ID where provided — you will see the final amount before you pay.
